Vegan MoFo Day 1: Happy World Vegan Day!
Today in DC, Busboys and Poets is holding a World Vegan Day event. I might go, if only for the sweet goodie bags, but I’d have to leave early to get to band rehearsal.
So, since I’m planning on leftovers tonight, this is what I made last week hehe. In quantity. Vegan mac and cheese! (bonus points for using shells)
